[WARC] FD 2007

Last year FD was in my yard.   I forget why it happened to be there, but this 
year I would like it to be in a different location.   Since the sheriff 
volunteered the use of his trailer, I think we should take him up on his 
offer.   

There is almost an entire block in the east end between 7th and 8th and east 
of Jefferson that is vacant.   Plenty of room and no residences nearby.    I 
believe it to be city property.   What about that for a FD site?
