[WARC] IC organizational Chart

Good thought Clare,

Yesterday I requested Bob Bilder assist in preparing a list of names,
titles, and organizations that we are likely to encounter. Haven't heard
back yet.

One suggestion: I would not put it up on the website because it is sensitive
information, not a public relations item. Such a list could/should be
distributed on a need-to-know basis.

Subject: [WARC] IC organizational Chart

I think a prototypical incident command organization chart would be valuable

to all ham participants in a disaster drill. I would like to work with
someone in drawing one up. When were are done we can post it to the club
website as a pdf. There could be a full size one for use at net control,
EOC and incident command. There could be a wallet quick reference for
others. The full size would have enough space to pencil in operators,
person being shadowed and possibly the call sign.

What do you think of this idea?
