[WARC] Club Finances

I understand there were debates at the last club meeting about who should
have access to the club's books. As a corporation I think it is the
treasures fiduciary duty to do a full financial report to all club members.
This should be done on a quarterly basis. This would include a cash flow
analysis. I would also suggest there be a budget created. All this
information could be distributed via e-mail or a separate list server could
be set up that pertained only to information that is available to paid
members only. Of course this would require a list of paid members.
