[WARC] August 4th drill sign-up-sheet

Please add your name to the list if you can make it.
You must be at Winona State at 6:00 AM (we will car pool in from 
someplace slightly farther away) for a mandatory briefing and safety meeting.
The drill ends at about 10:00 AM, with a wrap up meeting and lunch to follow.

At this point, suggested equipment is a 2m or 2m/70cm handheld in 
good working condition.
A headset or earplug is highly recommended.  If you can participate, 
but don't have this equipment, please indicate so, and we will find 
the equipment for you.

We will be assigned positions as the drill gets underway.
