Not currently planned.

We talked about APRS for the triage to hospital link, but decided 
that due to the small number of victims (10 -15) and the time to set 
up, voice would be more effective.

ATV?  Well, do you have something in mind?  I could see feeding some 
video from the actual site to the command post.
