[WARC] potential new ham

I have been contacted by a member of Cindy's church about joining the  
ranks.  He graduated HS a few years ago and has a technician study  
guide.  I have invited him over for a shack visit this Sunday, July  
15.  He is interested in taking the exam some time soon and hopes to  
get skywarn training as well.  (he has listened to our WX net on the  
scanner..).  He is also planning on attending the August club meeting.  
  Any info about upcoming exam sessions, training and/or skywarn would  
be helpful to pass on.  (too bad he didn't call a few months ago..).   
Any thoughts from the group would be helpful.  Would like to make sure  
we get can get this guy on board!
