[WARC] August 4th drill update

If the WARC wants Amateur Television for the drill, sign me up. But I will
need one other person to work with me. Anyone interested in being part of an

The scene is a derailed tank car just east of Franklin on the
CP.  The command post is just west of Franklin on Mark St.  So, just
a few blocks through town.
