Hi Gang,

The Winona County Emergency Preparedness Committee is planning a drill and
the Radio Club is being counted on to provide primarily, voice communication
among groups that do not normally talk to each other.

To get adjusted to the needs, we will be having a meeting this Wednesday
evening at 7 PM at Jim and Clare's office building - Winona Knitting Mills -
at 902 E 2nd St. Entrance is on the south side, mid-building.

We will need about 8-10 people to shadow Fire Department, Police, Red Cross,
CMH, and others, in addition to a  net control at CMH.

It would be helpful if you would indicate if you are willing to participate
prior to the meeting by responding to this email.
