[WARC] field day food

In light of Ken's suggestion and the discussion at the meeting last night it's 
been agreed that the club shouldn't spend money on food for field day. This 
was an informal consensus, but I certainally think it is reasonable.

So I'll donate $40 to cover the cost of any food for field day. I've been very 
busy with work this summer and won't be able to make field day this weekend 
due to a wedding, so this is my way of saying thanks to those who have been 
participating.

Let me know who I should give the money to.
