Hi there,
I too, agree that this committee's need is to develop the club into an
organization that will attract both members and money.
As has been noted several times, clubs of all types are struggling today.
WARC is not alone in declining membership, but it is the one we are
concerned about.
Positive ideas like using the WEPNET to help people pass the government
classes are what we need to come up with to attract participants. Without
positive activities we won't retain those we do manage to attract.

I disagree with Les and agree with Jim. I believe the dev comittee needs to
work on DEVELOPING the club before asking people to join and asking for
money. That was my intention with things.
