Yes all amateur radio operators who participate in Skywarn or any emergency operations will need 100, 200, and possibly 700.
I'm not "pushing" the issue hard now but will need to soon. Minnesota Counties Insurance Trust is the motivating force along with Homeland Security/FEMA.
When you get your certificates by email please forward the PDF to me so I can print off a copy and keep it in the Amateur Radio File. Make sure you keep the file or hard copies of the certificates.
