[WARC] Cannon Falls test successful!

Lance and I went out to Cannon Falls and drove the bike race course 
today.   Most of the course is up on the flat land, with just Cannon 
Falls itself down in the valley.  We will have good coverage of 
everything on the flat land with just one portable digipeater.  There 
are two other digipeaters close to the area that were reliably 
repeating our packets, and formed the path into the valley.
