I have made the changes that you have suugested.  I lengthen each leg by 16 
inches and used the split source with high accuarracy ground.   Now the 
antenna is centered in the center of the band.  I bought a 4:1 balumn at the 
hamvention and it should feed the antenna nicely.   I have attached the file 
for you to look at.
