[WARC] 146.64 Repeater Status

Jim and I made a trip up there tonight. We switched to the original
controller, and the system came up. It is now available for normal use.
The problem is either in the new controller, or the interface
circuitry to it. We brought the controller down, and I'll
troubleshoot it when I get a chance. Or, better yet, if someone else
wants to work on it, you are welcome to it.
