[WARC] RARC Meeting invitation

I encourage anyone who can attend to do so.  I was able to attend one of 
their meetings in early Summer, and found it very informative and fun.

While you are there, please be sure to ask about their project to 
upgrade their two-meter repeater--new antennas, feeds, etc.  Quite a 
project.

Might mention to them that there MAY be another fox hunt in Winona the 
Saturday following Thanksgiving--if I can break away from other 
obligations to coordinate it.  If it will be a "go", details will be 
publicized this week end via the reflectors and Sunday night nets.  
Erik, please poll the meeting attendees at RARC to see the level of 
interest.  What you did Sunday night was helpful, by the way.  Thanks.  
The fox will be somewhere within about ten miles of downtown Winona....  
Starting point would be the Saturday breakfast location and hunt 
starting time about 9:30 AM.
