151.280 MARC II (Marc I uses the same output but is a repeated system  
Trempealeau County has a Marc I repeater that can be turned on by request)
155.475 WISPERN (Law Enforcement common across many States)
155.370 Point to Point (used to communicate between Counties, sometimes 
LEOS and FIRE will use it to establish landing zone coms)
