[WARC] 64 problems - update

Kenny and I visited the site today.  When we got there, the first 
thing we did was check to see if it was working - it was!  It has not 
malfunctioned since!
We did open it up, look for intermittents, and sprayed some pot 
cleaner on the repeat level control.
Hopefully we fixed it, but we will have to continue to observe 
it.  Please pass on any observations you have.
