[WARC] Balloon w/ amateur payload

He showed up on my APRS station screen here in Winona MN. He started out
about 127 degrees from here, at about 80  miles. Over 1200 packets were
received from him! Many through W0NE as well as N0QK-1.

Photos of my screen prints were taken as well, if anyone would like them
sent to them.

The word I got was that it had a problem with the GPS/APRS system.  The
ground crew used the onboard ATV to identify location by trying to ID
town and lakes from the air.  I was told that it came down by
Milwaukee.  I did catch a small bit of activity on the 70CM downlink
around 11:30 this morning, but wasn't able to copy enough to try working
them.  Jim, W9UUM tells me that he was able to work them and I want to
say he told me that was around 9AM.
