[WARC] Unidentified signal

There is an unidentified pulsing signal on the APRS frequency.
It looks to be about 2 KHZ high in frequency, has a mild 120 Hz
hum and is pulsing on and off about 5 times per second. It is
coming from slightly south and east af my QTH.
The signal is quite strong (S9 on my beam antenna) and impacts
my reception of APRS packets.I noticed it about 20 minutes ago
(1630 local time).
Faulty APRS system? Intruder? Something else?
