[WARC] 64 visit report

Ken, Lance, and I visited the 64 site this afternoon.

In general all looked to be in order.  The site was clean and dry, 
and everything was operating normally.

We did turn down the CW level on 64 and just slightly increased the 
repeat audio level.  We also just slightly tightened the squelch.

Ken load tested both 6V batteries (37A for 10 sec) and found 6.0 and 
5.5V at the end of the test, with no sag noted during the test.
Initially (with the IOTA connected) the batteries were at 6.77 and 
6.75V.  They dropped just slightly under normal load, but were still 
well balanced between them.

Charge current was around 120mA, a very acceptable float value.

The weeds around the building weren't too bad either.

I'm going to postpone the 835 visit due to other commitments on Monday.
