[WARC] Unidentified signal

Ditto to Shari's comments.

This same noise happened last year as well...and right about the same time
of the year. But then is was either on more during the day and less at night
or vise-versa. That made me suspect that it was some business in the area.

This morning I put the "beam" on it and it is strongest, from my home QTH on
an E or W bearing, and weakest on a N or S bearing.

It seems to me that I am also hearing it only on the rig in the shack....and
not on my handheld either.
