[WARC] Unidentified signal

Went from home to Arcadia and back this afternoon. It was very
strong (nearly full scale on the s-meter) on top of the river bridge,
and all along the bluff to Marshland (several bars), then it tapered
off, but I could hear it some in the valley between Centerville and
the top of the hill into Arcadia (but weak).
