[WARC] More interference

Hi everyone,

Bob Bilder just called to say he is hearing Morse Code - sounds like a poor
"fist" practicing on 155.475 MHz. That is the Statewide Law Enforcement
frequency.

He was north of Lewiston on CR 25. I  could not hear anything here in
Winona.
