[WARC] W2IK NVIS Antenna

I'm not sure yet.  I know I'll be at the fairgrounds to open it for the 
swapfest at 7 AM, then I'll be in the fire station prepping for the 
chickenQ on Sunday until at least noon, maybe longer.  2PM would be 
about the earliest by the time I get home and have lunch and get the 
lawn mowed.
