[WARC] sigs on 144.39

Clare and I went on an expedition this evening.  To make a long story 
short, we went from beam, to beam with attenuator, to attenuator, to 
2 feet of coiled feedline, to no antenna at all.  This lead us to the 
vicinity of the Trempealeau lock and dam.  We couldn't decide if it 
was coming directly from the lock and dam premises, or the marina 
next door.  At that point, we determined that 9:00 PM on a Saturday 
night was not a good time to go poking around a marina, so we 
discontinued operations for the evening!

Anybody have any contacts at the dam?
