[WARC] sigs on 144.39

[Tom Peterson]

I've chatted with him a couple of times over the last two years or so.  
I think he has an RV down there at times too.  Wasn't there some sort of 
amplified tv antenna for RV's and such that the FCC had issues in the 
not too distant past for RFI on 2M?
