[WARC] Repeater Tower Use Agreement????

Hi All,

I was talking with Bill N9BOE in Tomah earlier this evening.  He is 
trying to move his repeater to a better, higher site this summer.  
Presently he is in negotiation with the new tower owners about the 
move--one of the two owners is supportive and the other is 
neutral/uncertain.

Bill would like to find a draft tower use agreement if possible in order 
to put the tower owners at ease with the repeater.  Does anyone have a 
template or draft of such an agreement--or know of a source for one?
