My biggest  objection to molex is the limited number of insertions.  
Assuming 2 insertions or more per drill the connector are dead after a few
years.  Apparently, the Anderson power poles do not have this limitation.
Anderson connectors can be polarized.  They are designed for the
polarities by joining at the side.  If you join them on the opposite side
from the convention then you can create a polarized connector that will
not mate with some one else's connector.
