[WARC] 835 batteries

The batteries were wired in series just like they are at the repeater 
site. New wire and hardware was used for interconnections. Batteries 
were charged with a 15 amp three stage microprocessor controlled 
charger. Load was applied with a computerized battery analyzer.

Apparently Erik is acquiring the batteries.
