[WARC] Trip to 146.835 Repeater Site

As Erik said, the new controller is ready to go up to the 835 repeater 
site.  I would like to get a team to go up there and install it and 
bring back the one which is temporarily in use.  We will need to have 
someone provide assistance in Winona in the form of monitoring a 
deviation meter for adjustments as necessary (Clare--could you please 
help with this task?)

I would be available to make the trip to the site late Sunday 
afternoon.  Saturday and Sunday morning seem to be out for me.  However, 
I don't have to be in the team making the trip....

Clare--feedback from you regarding your availability to provide 
assistance with the deviation meter?

Whoever makes the trip should take some wasp spray, a broom, a dustpan, 
and small garbage bag.
