[WARC] WARC Meeting - Need Some Assistance

Hi Lance & Les,

Since Jim will be in TX on Thursday and I am in The Cities for the week, =

we could use some "on-site" assistance with the Power Pole project at =

the program Thursday.

Attached is a draft Order Form for Power Pole kits and the cable set.  I =

sent this to Jim yesterday for his feedback, but have not heard back =

from him (probably traveling).  However, I believe that it is accurate =

and complete.  Please see the information about payment, etc., at the =

bottom of the form.

If this information looks OK to you, as officers of the club, could you =

two please distribute the forms at the program?  It would not be =

necessary to ask for them to be returned at that time, as you can see =

from the info at the bottom of the form.  If you see a need for changes, =

please let me know--or just make them and send me a copy of the revised =

form.

I plan to try to get a copy of the form on the club website.  I also =

will advertise the program via newspaper and radio media, via the =

reflector, and via my e-mail list of adjacent ham radio groups.

There is no financial risk to the club with this program--and no other =

significant risk that I can think of.

Thanks for your help.  If you have questions, e-mail would be the best =

way to get word to me.  I could phone you from here in The Cities if =

necessary.  Ask for a SKED with the appropriate number for me to call.  =

Any time  6:00 PM to 10:00 PM would work.
