[WARC] I can receive a nice AM signal at 422 KHz

I can't hear it on AM here, but if I witch the 706 to WFM, I can hear 
something there.  It's giving a weather report at the moment.  I suspect 
it to be WKTY even though they haven't given me a solid indication of 
who they are yet.  A I was typing this they went in to a show called 
Dairy Line and I show that to be scheduled to air at 5:06 AM and  that's 
about the time I started to hear is.
