[WARC] December WARC Program

The December program of the Winona Amateur Radio Club will be the annual 
business meeting of the club including:
 - review of 2008 activities,
 - election of officers and directors, and
 - planning for 2009 programs.

There will be a social hour after the business portion of the program.

WHEN: Thursday, December 18, 7:00 PM CST.
WHERE: Winona County Courthouse Annex, 220 West Third Street, Winona, MN.

All amateur radio operators and other interested persons are encouraged 
to attend.  It is not necessary to be a member of the Winona Amateur 
Radio Club to participate.

We have had a very busy 2008 and hope to have a good set of programs and 
other activities for next year.  Your inputs will be appreciated.
