[WARC] DTV Project Information

In addition to the information Les references below, last week's article 
in last week's ARRL Letter describes how ARRL is involved in supporting 
the informational program the FCC has requested.  The article is

This project, adopted by the club last night, has my full support.  Some 
of the activities outlined in the Hamgram will provide a role in the 
project for many club members.

Hope to see you all at breakfast Saturday morning for more discussion 
about the development of our program for the Winona area.  Thanks to Les 
for doing some preliminary research and planning on the project.
