[WARC] SKYWARN callout

I wasn't  talking about a solution for evry APRS problem.   The issue was 
skywarn APRS and I think with a little testing that we can use APRS with or 
without RF at the hospital.   The advantage of without RF is that it doesn't 
interfere with the radios.   The computer is ready and it is free and we can 
try it both ways tnx to Russ' generous offer.
