[WARC] Request for assistance in Houston County.

I just received a message from Red WO0W, a Houston Cnty Sheriff Posse 
member and ham, via 146.970 regarding volunteer needs in Houston County.

The needs do not seem to be great at this time.  There may be a need for 
sandbagging assistance, not communications assistance.

Red has asked the Sheriff's Department for specific information 
regarding number of people needed, where, and when.  They want to be 
careful about having too many volunteers not familiar with the area come 
in at night.  The current situation doesn't seem to be that critical at 
this time according to input from Red.

Red will get the word out regarding identified needs via phone to me, 
via the 146.640 repeater, or by other means.  If there are emergency 
short term needs, he will phone me and I will phone some folks in Winona.
