[WARC] Field Day 2008 - General Overview & Support Logistics

Here are a few high-level items regarding Field Day 2008:

Saturday 9:00 AM or B-4.  Sheriff's Department communications trailer 
will be delivered to the site.
Saturday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM.  Set-up at Sportsmen's Park.
Saturday 1:00 PM - until interest wanes.  Amateur TV demonstration and 
Get-On-The-Air station.
Saturday 1:00 PM - Field Day contesting begins.

The Sportsmen's Club clubhouse will not be available to us the whole 
duration of Field Day.  WARC has rented a portable toilet for our use.

Sunday breakfast will be provided by the club (prepared by Lance 
KB0YJU).  Saturday noon lunch and Saturday supper are Dutch treat.

Please plan on bringing your own drinks to the site.  The club will have 
a few soft drinks and some ice available.

WE ARE SEEKING SOMEONE TO PICK UP 20# OF ICE and bring it to the site.  
The club will reimburse the cost.

Sunday 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM.  Tear down and clean up.
Sunday 2:00 PM or later.  Sheriff's dept to pick up communications trailer.
