[WARC] Field Day 2008 - Scoring Outline

We will be a class 2A station with "free" VHF station + GOTA station.

Call will be W0NE.  Exchange is 2-Alpha Minnesota (phone) or 2A MN (CW).

Here is a summary of scoring for the contest portion:

 - Phone contacts - 1 point
 - CW contacts - 2 points
 - Digital Contacts - 2 points

Bonus points:
 - Power multipliers - TX power up to 150 watts - multiplier = 2
 - 100% Emergency power (that's us) - 100 points per transmitter (we are 
2A, so 200 points)
 - Media publicity - 100 points (done)
 - Public location - 100 points (we won't qualify)
 - Public Information table - 100 points (working on this)
 - Message Origination to Section Mgr - 100 points (NEED VOLUNTEER FOR THIS)
 - Message handling - 10 points per message up to 100 points (NEED 
VOLUNTEER FOR THIS)
 - Satellite QSO - 100 points (????)
 - Alternate Power (not gasoline generator) - 100 points for minimum of 
five QSOs (NEED VOLUNTEER FOR THIS - SOLAR, WIND, METHANE, WATER, ETC.)
 - W1AW bulletin - 100 points for correct copy (copy of schedule will be 
at field day site)
 - Educational activity - 100 points (some type of formal educational 
activity - ANY IDEAS????)
 - Site visitation by government official - 100 points (we invited 
several from state, cnty, cities as of last week...need to get them to 
sign the "guest register" which will be at the site)
 - Site visitation by an agency supported  - 100 points (we invited 
several - WSU & SMU Security, Red Cross, etc....guest register)
 - GOTA bonus - up to 100 points PER GOTA OPERATOR (20 QSOs, 20 points 
up to 100 QSOs per op)
 - Web Submission - 50 points for the club submitting entry via the 
Internet.
