[WARC] 835 TX is ready

I was wondering what was up.   The comparitor LED doesn't work, but 99.999 pct of the time no one is looking at it.   I'll archive the code with the rptr docs, but you can post it if you want.

Sweet. Sorry I was unresponsive in your e-mail from earlier. This week 
has been busy. New employee, sick employee, and many new projects have 
been enough to keep me busy. Do you still need anything from me on it? 
We should probably post the code to the Wiki for future reference.
