[WARC] 835 TX is ready

A WIKI is a user editable web page or web site.  The most common example
is the wikipedia (www.wikipedia.org) which is a online encyclopedia
edited and written entirely by its users.

Our club web site now has a wiki, such that anyone can enter pages and
information for the group, reducing the dependence of a single
'webmaster' to enter in all the updates to the pages.
