Hi Les,
Erik seems to have summarized below the direction Jim N9MFI and I were
given for our phase of this project. Perhaps the best use of time at
this stage would be for Jim and I to meet with the repeater committee
and go over the project and answer questions about specific components
as best we can. For those components needing more investigation or
needing evaluation from someone more knowledgeable than Jim or I, the
repeater committee can help provide the assistance necessary to clarify
fine points.
Concurrently, the development committee can use the cost estimate to
begin planning the fund raising effort. If the final cost estimate
needed changes by a percentage, the funding target could be adjusted
before the committee goes public with publicity and main fund raising
activity.
