[WARC] testing echolink

I will have Echolink running in SYSOP mode on 146.835 repeater from noon to=
day until this evening. I will swich the Echolink node to the 146.64 repeat=
er for the WEPnet. If you run Echolink from your computer and connect to my=
 node, you should be able to join conversations on those repeaters.

I will monitor 146.835 during the afternoon. If I hear an Echoling connecti=
on, I will go to the shack to make audio adjustments that may be necessary.
