The November program of the Winona Amateur Radio Club will feature a 
presentation by Russ Marsolek, NØQK, regarding his experience with 
implementing Amateur Television.  Not only can Amateur TV be fun as a 
hobby, but it can be a valuable resource for emergency incident 
management, as ham radio operators could bring live TV of an incident 
scene into the emergency management headquarters.  Please join us to 
learn more about this exciting opportunity. As you may know, hams in 
Rochester and Wabasha have recently invested in ATV capabilities.

All amateur radio operators and other interested persons are encouraged 
to attend.  It is not necessary to be a member of the Winona Amateur 
Radio Club to participate.
