[WARC] Access to Club Property in Emergency

At the last club program, it was suggested that ways to access club 
property in the event of emergency me posted on the club website wiki.  
The purpose of doing this is to ensure that there is always a way to 
determine how to get to the materials in the event of emergency and in 
the event that key personnel may not be available.

The information is now posted on the website under "WARC's Wiki!" and 
then under "Emergency Communications".  It says that the Winona Knitting 
Mills complex facilities maintenance staff can provide access to the 
club property 24/7.  Their 24/7 phone number is listed on the wiki.

The property consists of feedlines, antenna guys, stakes, and some other 
items.  There is a club project open to review the property and organize 
it better.
