[WARC] November WARC Program

Hello All,

Russ N0QK will be presenting the November WARC program on November 20.  
The subject is Amateur TV (not slow-scan TV).  Russ has done a lot of 
work in this area, and it will be interesting to hear his experiences 
and his perspective regarding the role of ATV for the local ham community.

The program will be presented at the Winona County Courthouse Annex 
lower level conference room.  Starting time is 7:00 PM local.

Put this on your calendar--it will be a very interesting program.
