[WARC] 835 Update - Wednesday

Erik,

I am working this weekend and will not be able to adjust levels.   I have
the deviation meter at my house but some one should pick it up today.
The meter reading should only be made when a dtmf tone is being
transmitted.   I checked the 64 and it is spot on.
