[WARC] Power Pole Transition - Supported Agencies

Hmmm...What are we integrating at the served agencies? If they have
installed equipment, as the LEC/EOC does, it makes no difference (unless, I
suppose, if there is an equipment failure). For the most part, we are
putting our own equipment together at an outstation location.

That's where we need to be able to plug into each other's stuff. And the
served agency most likely doesn't have anything there.
