[WARC] visiting the 835

Hi Clare,
Lance and I were talking about that.  I would not be able to go 
because I have to be at the Amtrak depot around 10:45, and I don't 
want to take a risk of being late.  We figured Sunday afternoon would 
work.  The other approach would be if the expedition could be made 
without me.  It *should* only require installing the equipment, since 
its been working together here.

The only thing that needs to be done is the battery connection where 
you had the APO needs to be spliced back together.  We can use the 
APO eventually, but we need to rethink the wiring a bit, and also get 
it set to about 10.5V.
