[WARC] WARC April Program - Winona County Red Cross Roles and Needs

Hello All,

The April program of the WARC will include a presentation and discussion 
lead by Chris Humble, Director of Emergency Services, Winona County Red 
Cross.  The program will include an insight into the roles and needs of 
the Winona County Red Cross organization and discussion regarding how 
area hams and the Red Cross can work together to maximize the 
effectiveness of our joint mission.
