[WARC] 147.150 & 146.640

KD0GTO acknowledging fragment report, awaiting outcome of repeater
troubleshooting being carried out by WB0NIU and K0NY.  Could this be
sunspots?  I doubt it given we've had no news, but this reminds me of some
odd television phenomena about the time I became aware of solar cycles.
